4 treatment speeds for the recovery and activation of your muscles
The Fascia Gun allows you to massage in a very intuitive way. You can choose between 4 different vibration levels. When designing the product, special attention was given to keep 2 levels below 30 Hz. These levels are mainly suitable for regeneration, to loosen muscles and ease pain gently or simply to enjoy the benefits of a relaxing massage. Levels 3 and 4 are mainly designed for muscle activation and are therefore suitable for warming up before a workout.

The four green lights at the bottom indicate which of the four massage modes you are in. If the first LED lights up, you are in Relax mode, the second in Post Workout mode, etc. The single LED at the bottom lights up red when the battery is below 10%. It also lights up red when the product is charging and lights up green when the product is fully charged. It takes approximately 6 hours to charge the battery.

The On/Off button is located on the bottom of the unit. Press and hold for 3 seconds to start or stop the unit. To change the massage mode, briefly press the On/Off button while the unit is on. After 10 minutes, the Fascia Gun will automatically turn off. Press the On/Off Button to restart the unit.
