The Medecine Ball from our partner Tremblay® is a weighted ball, fromorigine intended for health professionals for rehabilitation exercises, fitness, reathletization, and that we find today more and more in the rooms of fitness, boxes of CrossFit®, etc. Its size, proportional to its weight varies here from 17.5 cm to 27.5 cm in diameter for a load ranging from 1 to 5 kg.
What use for my Medecine Ball?
The Med Ball is a simple but very versatile accessory, which will accompany you on your mobility, rehabilitation or stability exercises. Just like physical preparation exercises, leave room for your imagination and make your own circuits of Cross-Training. Vary your training even more by integrating exercises in duo: in team of 2, pass the Medecine Ball and work your coordination on exercises soliciting upper and lower body.
What weight to choose for my Medicine Ball?
The weight of your Medicine Ball will depend primarily on your needs. For fitness and mobility exercises we recommend a small weight, 1, 1.5 or 2 kg. If your objective is to work on your physical condition, opt for slightly heavier loads. Exercises involving the muscles of the lower body such as lunges, squats, etc. will allow you to opt for a 5 kg load. This load will also be ideal to reinforce your abdominal strap and your shoulders and to see results appear gradually on exercises of type Sit Up, Crunch...
