Worm - competition Fit & Rack 4 p

The 4-seater Worm from FIT' & RACK is a fun way to work on your synchronization and strength at team. Easy to use, you just have to fill the cover of your Worm with its weighted bags provided for this purpose (also sold separately!). Once filled, simply close the Worm with its sturdy velcro. Now you can train, and try squats, trusters or clean in team of 2 people with your Worm.
