The VirtuFit Multifunctional Pull Up Bar Deluxe has multiple grip positions allowing you to train many different muscle groups. A pull up with a wide grip is interesting if you want to train shoulders. A pull up with a narrow grip you will notice more on your biceps. The chin up, with a narrow underhand grip, is also a great exercise for your biceps. Combine the different exercises to train your arms, chest, shoulders, back and abs.

The pull-up bar is supplied with fixing material. However, for most frames it is also possible to use the pull-up bar without using the fixing material.
