The VirtuFit Pilates Ring is a wonderful training tool to add intensity to mat exercises.
The VirtuFit Pilates ring has two convenient grips that allow you to perform dozens of exercises in a comfortable way, the grips also provide a firm grip. The yoga ring is especially useful in problem areas, such as inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest and even pelvic floor muscles. You work on your legs when you place the ring between your thighs, ankles or knees.

The Pilates ring is made of fiberglass with a polypropylene finish.
