Whether in your fitness facility or at home, this is an essential piece of equipment for your Cross-training, weightlifting, street workout, gymnastics, etc. training. The 1 metre distance between the wall and the bar allows you to perform repeated Pull-ups, Chest To Bar, Toes To Bar, or even Muscle-Ups, whether in strict or kipping style; and for a greater range of motion, position yourself with your back to the wall.
