The quality of execution of the movement has always the priority. Breathing should be regular and, as a rule, inspiration should be taken during the relaxation phase of the exercise. These exercises have the effect of a sports massage (beneficial and sometimes painful).
Use: roll as slowly as possible on the points of tension or remain on them. The pressure is then strong to very strong. Release the pressure when the pain dissolves or after 60 seconds at the latest. If necessary, return to the same area a few minutes later and repeat the process.
