Hexagonal agility ring kit Megaform [Size 15 cm]

This kit of hexagonal agility rings is a versatile and fun tool that can be assembled in a variety of ways, allowing you to diversify your training.
With these elements, used as simple agility rings or linked to form a rhythmic ladder, you'll be able to work on changes of direction and reaction speed.
The rings can also be assembled to form 23cm-high hurdles to improve release and explosiveness, or to practice dribbling.
Please note that the kit is not perfectly stable on slippery surfaces. Easy assembly and disassembly for transport and storage.
