The GO685 Olympic bar HMS is made of hardened steel with a chrome plating. The HMS bar is known for its strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes the bar and 2 weights. A secure and comfortable grip is ensured by the knurling. The maximum load is 680 kilograms. On the other hand, the 28 mm diameter ensures comfort during training. The chrome plating guarantees a nice appearance and a long lifespan for the products. It also provides excellent rust protection. The GO685 Olympic bar HMS features 8 needle roller bearings (4 on each side), making the rotation of the weights smooth and quiet. Its construction eliminates stress on the ends of the sleeves, allowing the bearings to be used longer. Despite its small cross-section, the needle roller bearings have great rigidity and a high load capacity. Two collars included in the set provide a stable position for the weights on the bar during exercise. The collars have rubber pressure pads to prevent damage to the weights or bars while ensuring they stay securely in place.
