Here is the adjustable version of our Safety Bar. Between innovation and versatility, this bar will change your workout routine. The angle of these sleeves can be adjusted to several positions ranging from 1 for Hip Hinge to 6 for a feel similar to a Goblet Squat.

At each of these 6 positions, you can adjust the difficulty of the movement with a second pin adjustment mechanism. This adjustment ranges from 1 to 4 and will change the athlete's centre of gravity by affecting the distance between the sleeves and your bar.

Our empty bar weighs 25 KG and can be loaded up to 300 KG for an extensive loading session. Its sleeves, with the same diameter as our Olympic bars, can be loaded with any standard 50 mm weight. Your bar is equipped with knurled handles and a foam protection for better comfort on the shoulders and neck.

Your bar thus offers a wide range of possible combinations of angle/difficulty to vary your workouts in a Home Gym or in the Free Access area of your fitness centre or your affiliated CrossFit® box, for the utmost comfort of your members.
